• Temperatures will be checked before clients are allowed to enter the facility

• 1/2 hour stagger between each client to ensure every item that has been used is wiped down and sprayed with a disenfectant

• All door handles and other touched objects will be wiped down and spray disenfected

• I will be wearing a face mask

• Clients are required to wash hands/ sanitize hands upon entering and leaving facility

• There is an air sanitizer in the facility

 

While this is a strange time for everyone, we are resilient and under times of chaos, it is best to move our bodies safely in order to take care of our immunity, mental, and physical health. I am excited to see everyone return to training under safe standards. Keep moving!
